CHANGES AND RETURNS
How can I exchange or return my order?
You have 14 days to make any change or return. If you want to exchange or return your order please e-mail us at hello@nuuwai.com. We will send you further instructions and you will have 14 days to return your order to us.
If you are from Germany, returns are free. You will find instructions for your return in your parcel.
As soon as the package is back with us, we will transfer your money back. Please be aware that this can take up to 14 days.
Will I have to pay for the return or exchange?
Returns and exchanges are free in Germany. Unfortunately, we can’t provide free returns or exchanges outside of Germany.

What payment methods are available?
You can pay with your credit card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX or Maestro), Klarna, Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Paypal.
Where can I apply my discount code?
Discount codes can be applied during the checkout process. You can only apply one discount code for every order.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the checkout process.
